You are always in control of the data 38os holds. This page explains how to remove it — whether that is a single connected platform or your entire account.
When you connect Google Analytics, YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, or HubSpot, 38os stores an encrypted access token plus the metric snapshots synced from that platform. To remove it:
If you remove 38os from your Facebook/Instagram settings, Meta notifies us with a signed data-deletion request. On receipt we automatically revoke and delete the stored tokens for that account and return a confirmation code you can use to track the request. The same outcome is available any time via the in-app Disconnect button above.
To remove everything 38os holds about you and your workspace:
You can also export everything first from Settings → Danger Zone → Download My Data.
