Across fifteen years leading marketing teams and another five running an agency that touched hundreds of mid-size companies, Nazmul saw the same pattern repeat itself.
Marketing departments scaled by adding people, not by adding system. Strategy lived in slides nobody opened twice. KPIs lived in spreadsheets nobody trusted. The campaign calendar lived in someone's head — and walked out the door when they left.
